Why Trump is going to be indicted
The reasons why United States Attorney General Merrick Garland will likely indict, arrest and bring Trump to trial soon. The United States Justice Department will indict and convict Trump.
We all knew that former President Donald J. Trump is insane, and now it may be playing out in the courts. If Trump’s legal team continue to fail, Trump will be arrested for espionage before he is arrested for his January 6th Capitol Attack.
The January 6, Committee hearings are expected to resume again in September, but I do not know exactly when.
Will Trump be arrested?
Yes, in all likelihood, former President Donald J. Trump will be arrested. Incriminating evidence is accumulating as a result of the January 6 Committee hearings and other investigations. Trump faces multiple cases that could lead to his arrest in 2022. Trump may be arrested for espionage charges related to the FBI seizure of secret government documents before he is arrested for his [alleged] criminal role in the January 6th attempted coup.
It is widely believed that Trump committed “criminal conspiracy to defraud the United States” and corrupt obstruction of an official proceeding in an effort to overturn the 2020 election.

The focus will be on what Trump was doing during the time of the capital riot, the organizing and financing aspects of the rally, the false election fraud claims, and the police response to the attack of the United States Capital building. The hearings will take place during the day and during prime time.
The January 6 Committee hearings are scheduled to begin on primetime television on June 9th. The Department of Justice has released the redacted affidavit for the search of Mar-a-Lago. Trump may be arrested for espionage charges related to the seizure of these documents before he is arrested for his [alleged] criminal role in the January 6th attempted coup.

The Trump Organization says it already did turn over more than 750,000 documents and of course has denied any wrongdoing.
