I will answer these questions now.
How does consciousness create reality?
Thoughts are energy and energy cannot be destroyed. Each thought you think continues to exist and evolve within and below the subconscious.
There is no basic reason why you cannot observe the process. Try to follow your thoughts after you think them. If you do so consistently, you will begin to sense activity within. You will notice extremely subtle symbols, colors and activity that is beyond definition.
There is a varied inner world of consciousness that becomes apparent to the degree we look. Generations have been told not to, and our psychic muscles have therefore atrophied.
Thoughts are electromagnetic energy that attract similar thoughts. Through emotional association, thoughts cleave together and evolve into probable events in and below the subconscious. When sufficient intensity is reached, they are manifest as physical events.
How does consciousness create reality? Consciousness creates reality by forming itself into physical objects and events by the laws of physics. Each thought contains coded information like a seed, but with infinite capacity to reproduce itself in physical form. It contains impetus and seeks its fulfillment. It is not inert or lacking those qualities we assign to life. It is a capsule of what we imbued it with when we created it.
The Choice Before Us
We destroy the chaotic division we have created by continuing with physicalism, or we build something great united. While the physicalism paradigm provided humanity with technology, it also generated the systemic fractures and crises we face in the world today. Physicalism asserts that everything is fundamentally physical. Under this view, orthodox science demands a mathematical equation to explain reality, operating under the false perception that the physical world is ordered by a mathematics tied to physical matter.
This is the exact loop that traps humanity. Both math and matter are a byproduct of consciousness. The great, all-inclusive paradigm that will unite nations and propel civilization into a brilliant new era is consciousness science. If mainstream scientists continue to try to understand reality exclusively through mathematical formulas, the paradigm shift to this new era will completely bypass them.

Our Inner Reality
As plants have roots, the human psyche has a source from which it both arises and gains sustenance. Scientists need to get their blocks in order

Can thoughts create matter? The question is answered

Your mind creates reality
You are a lot smarter than you think you are. Your physical brain is just a tool you use that serves as a window allowing you to look into time-space. The mind is the real miracle because the mind creates the brain and your physical reality, and not in the past, but continuously!

Consciousness is the fundamental substance of which matter is formed. Matter is formed in a no-time environment on an inner level of consciousness. From this inner level, your consciousness projects itself into matter continuously like a beam of light according to the pattern with which you have imprinted and imbued it with by your beliefs, thoughts and emotions.
Consciousness is holographic in nature and contains the knowledge of the whole to which it is connected. Consciousness has an infinite multi-dimensional reality. You have full freedom to create whatever you want within the boundaries given. The intellect creates beliefs, thoughts and feelings and the inner self uses these as a yardstick to create events. There is a time lag between subjective activity and its materialization. Emotions, however, manifest quickly. The time-lag protects you from having fearful and negative thoughts of your own manifest instantly. The momentum of other thoughts and emotions modify your fears so that they do not blow up in your face.

The inner self is using the physical system to teach itself the responsibility of directing energy. It has created the intellect through which it channels its energy to allow it to exist in the physical system. The universe itself is of good intent, and positive thoughts are therefore easier to manifest.
The intellect is part of the inner self which is multidimensional and exists in simultaneous time, or what I call the spacious present. The physical world is the dream your inner self is having.
Your whole being has three levels while in material existence. You have a 1) inner consciousness or inner ego, 2) an intellect or outer ego, and 3) a body consciousness or cellular consciousness. Without the body's consciousness you would have to tell every cell what to do, and that wouldn't work of course, which is why it was created. The body consciousness and the intellect/ego are offshoots of the inner self that allows us to exist within the physical system.
The intellect is incredibly powerful and intelligent, and its beliefs, thoughts and emotions determine what the inner self creates in the physical world on inner levels of consciousness. The inner self creates the intellect out of its own energy, and so it creates a creator in this system of reality. You are an extension of your inner self, but there really are no boundaries within the self and so you are the whole self also. Divisions are illusions that create a sense of separation from the rest of reality.

Events are thoughts and emotions projected out from you into what appears to be a physical environment detached from you. Scientists know that the senses perceive reality. What most scientists have not yet figured out is that before your senses perceive your reality, they create it in the same basic way a virtual reality headset creates a virtual reality.
Your physical environment is actually an extension of the self, like a finger or arm is. You create it, although the work done to create events happens below the subconscious and so you are not consciously aware of how this work is performed. Your own environment is you; your collective reality is a joint creation (what is on the news is a collective creation).

You know more than you think you do

Most people mistake the ego for 100% of who they are and the physical world for the entirety of reality. But this is what you intended, but with one addendum.
We chose to forget our home to make reality more believable and so that we would be overjoyed when we became aware again of the whole picture. It is much more fun this way, although at times very scary. When you are in pain it seems too real, mostly because you have forgotten how to exit a bad experience.
