Everything that exists is intelligent light.
What is intelligent light and energy?
We are all a part of and guided by one infinite power, and it can be called intelligent light or intelligent energy. It is the highest of the high and you are it. You have the power that the infinite has. There is nothing that you cannot have or achieve, and my job is to show you how.
All physicists will tell you that an electron is a disturbance in a field of electromagnetic energy. Since electromagnetic energy is not a solid, there is no solid substance forming reality. Instead, reality is a form of intelligent energy that is often referred to as being intelligent light.
The traditional paradigm of science cannot define what electromagnetic energy is, and because everything is composed of variations of electromagnetic energy, they therefore do not know what anything is.
The reason why you may be asking what intelligent light is has to do with the limitations of mainstream science. The paradigm of physicalism is a myth. Einstein used a superior paradigm, the paradigm of Internal Science, or a science of consciousness.

If you say everything comes from the big bang, the big bang is no different than a wizard's "poof," because it is basically just a magical appearance of something from nothing. Objective science cannot explain why we exist or how we came to be. Internal Science, however, can.
Intelligent light is simply the energy that creates everything. Everything is interconnected. I call this the altruistic energy movement.
Consciousness is intelligent light energy and is fundamental and universal. This is supported in the holographic theory of consciousness. Consciousness comes first and creates the brain and body.

EINSTEIN, BOHM & THE HOLOGRAPHIC UNIVERSE
According to Albert Einstein's colleague David Bohm, the mind projects the events we then perceive. Had Albert Einstein been successful defending Bohm in 1949, "the holographic theory of consciousness" may have replaced physicalism as our world's accepted science. The holographic theory of consciousness
The holographic theory of consciousness is largely based on the science of David Bohm. While the scientific method is reductionist and dissects to understand, Bohm's science is holistic, thus allowing Bohm's Internal Science to understand consciousness and External Science to fail to understand.
The holographic theory of consciousness says that the information in the whole is contained in each of its parts.
Electromagnetic waves have an infinite information storage capacity. When waves interact it is called interference and the original information from each wave in an interference pattern survives and can be extracted from each wave and read regardless.
Based on this view, the brain is understood to be a transmitter and receiver of information. The brain is a bioelectrical organism. The brain draws from the electromagnetic interference patterns that exist around us at all times. The brain thus draws from all information and adds new information to the whole.
Information is not stored in the brain, it is stored in the electromagnetic fields around us. Your thoughts, emotions and memories are not dependent on the existence of the brain. You exist as an individualized portion of the entire universe of information or what Bohm called the holomovement.
Your consciousness is a portion of the total electromagnetic field of the entire multidimensional universe.
Scattered thoughts display incoherence, meaning they go off in all directions from their point of origin, whereas focused thoughts are coherent like laser light. Focusing beliefs, thoughts and emotions is thus the key to personal power and the ability to both pick up information intuitively and manifest goals physically.
The brain, Bohm says, "may act like an antenna" to pick up information from the entire field of information of the universe.
Bohm says that if the mind is preoccupied with outer levels of reality, it is less able to pick up subtle information from the electromagnetic field. To pick up information from any source requires tuning to the frequency of the information sought.
The heart and body must be in coherence with the information of the subtle energies sought in order to experience profound intuition and identification.
To increase your bioelectrical sensitivity requires focusing and tuning the mind.
Bohm indicates that the “explicate order” (physical reality) is a projection from the “implicate order” (an inner reality of information) which underlies everything. Information guides the process by which matter is organized as the forms we then perceive. The collapsing wave function enters in, thus introducing the role human consciousness plays in the formation of the universe. Without an observer there is "only" electromagnetic energy containing information (consciousness).
Internal Science and International Philosophy adds its own unique perspective in a way that makes sense of Bohm's holographic universe.

You have to go beyond the traditional paradigm of physicalism to explain reality. You cannot understand anything through a lens that does not include an inner reality. Traditional beliefs about the nature of reality are myths that hold humanity back.
Intelligent light is the substance that forms both you and the universe. All energy is a form of intelligent light. There is nothing else, and you cannot get outside of it. You are made of, within, and encompassed by intelligent light or intelligent energy.

There is a single energy movement that forms the multiverse of which you are an individualized portion. This is good, it means that you are in fact an expression of the intelligence that forms the multiverse.
The field of electromagnetic energy is an expression of consciousness. This is the medium through which consciousness forms matter and mind forms reality.
Thoughts are fields of energy that form matter. You project your own psychological energy out to form the physical world. Ideas and emotions are energy that coalesce as events and objects.

Yes, your thoughts can and do create matter. A thought contains an algorithm that determines its subsequent development. A thought continues to exist after it is thought. A thought will fall down into the subconscious and will evolve as it does so. At a level below the subconscious your thoughts will combine with similar thoughts and repel dissimilar thoughts.
Eventually physical events form. Humans, the universe and all life are made of consciousness.
